ShuttleSense ("we", "us") provides AI badminton analysis. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We are committed to data minimisation and storing your data securely.

1. Information we collect

• Account: name, email, age confirmation (18+), and payment details processed by our payment provider.
• Match videos & derived data: the videos you upload and the analysis we generate (shots, metrics, highlights).
• Usage: device and app interaction data to operate and improve the service (you can opt out of analytics).

2. How we use your information

• To run the analysis pipeline and return your results.
• To provide your library, stats history and highlights.
• To process subscriptions and credits, and to provide support.
• To improve model and product quality, where you have not opted out.

3. Video & the consent of others

Matches often include other people. You confirm on sign-up that everyone recorded has consented to being filmed and analysed, and we remind you at upload. Tagged players can request access to or removal of their data. ShuttleSense is intended for users aged 18 and over.

4. Storage & retention

Data is stored securely with reputable cloud providers (e.g. Cloudflare, Supabase). Raw videos auto-expire by plan (e.g. 7 days on the free trial, 90 days on Pro), while your lightweight analysis and stats are retained so your history persists. You can pin or delete matches at any time.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with the processors needed to run the service (cloud hosting, video storage, payment, analytics, and AI inference), under contract.

6. Your rights

Under UK/EU GDPR you can access, export, correct or delete your data, and object to certain processing. Use in-app data export and account deletion, or contact us.
